Document Type Declaration Tag

"Much of what constitutes a well-architected webpage is never displayed in the page itself. The contents of the tag are what you see in a browser. But a webpage consists of two major elements, the tag only being one. The content of the "body" tag are what you see in a browser. But a webpage consists of two major elements, the "body" tag only being one. The content of the "head" tag (and for that matter, the document type declaration (DTD), which precedes the "body" tag in the page’s code, is just as important for search engine optimization (SEO). It includes information about the page for the browser and the search engine to use. Keywords, Probability & Abbreviated Thoughts

"Funny how the world revolves around keywords and key phrases these days and yet no one understands them!
So what's to understand? First off is getting to grips with the intent of the person behind the keyword or phrase. Later this year we will open-source its code, and netbooks running Google Chrome OS will be available for consumers in the second half of 2010. Because we're already talking to partners about the project, and we'll soon be working with the open source community, we wanted to share our vision now so everyone understands what we are trying to achieve."

Twitter Blog: May The Tweets Be With You
The ecosystem growing around Twitter is something we very much believe in nourishing and supporting. There are lots of really awesome services and applications out there like TweetDeck, TweetMeme, Tweetie, BackTweets, Tweetboard, and others that we absolutely love as do many users. However, as the ecosystem grows there is also the possibility that confusing and potentially damaging projects could emerge.
